ThatsMyAI Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation and refund terms for purchases made on ThatsMyAI ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any courses or services through our website (www.thatsmy.ai) and platform (the "Service"), you agree to the terms of this Policy. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Pricing Policy.


1. General No Refund Policy

a. Finality of Purchases

  • All purchases made on ThatsMyAI are final and non-refundable.Once you complete the purchase of a course or any other service, you are granted full access to the digital content, and no refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
  • This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Dissatisfaction with the course content or the learning experience.
    • Inability to complete the course for any reason.
    • Failure to pass the course exam or obtain certification.
    • Technical issues related to the user's device, internet connection, or any software/hardware incompatibilities.

b. No Right to Withdraw

  • By agreeing to this Policy, you acknowledge that there is no statutory or contractual right to withdraw from the purchase once the digital content is provided, as per applicable laws concerning digital goods and services.

2. Exceptions to No Refund Policy

While refunds and cancellations are generally not allowed, we recognize that certain situations may require special consideration. The following exceptions apply:

a. Duplicate Payments

  • If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same course or service, you may be eligible for a refund of the duplicate charges. To request a refund for duplicate payments, you must contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction date at support@thatsmy.ai.

b. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

  • If you believe that a payment has been made to your account without your authorization, you must report this immediately to support@thatsmy.ai. We will investigate the claim, and if we determine that the transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent, we will process a full refund.
  • Important: Claims of unauthorized transactions must be made within 30 days of the payment date. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

c. Technical Errors on Our Platform

  • In the event of persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content due to errors or problems on our platform (lasting more than 14 consecutive days), you may be eligible for a refund. Temporary technical interruptions (lasting less than 14 days) do not qualify for refunds.
  • If we are unable to resolve the issue after 14 consecutive days, you may request a refund by contacting us.

d. Course Not Delivered

  • In the unlikely event that you purchase a course and the content is not delivered or made available to you, you are eligible for a full refund. However, this does not apply to issues related to your device, internet connection, or account login errors that are within your control.

3. Requesting a Refund (Under Exceptional Circumstances)

To request a refund under the applicable exceptions, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Send an email to support@thatsmy.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:
    • Your full name.
    • The email address used to make the purchase.
    • The course or service purchased.
    • The reason for the refund request, including supporting details (e.g., proof of duplicate payments, details of unauthorized transactions).
  • Step 2: We will review your request within seven (7) business days. If your request meets the exception criteria, we will process the refund within ten (10) business days of approval, using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
  • Important: All refund requests, regardless of type, must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

a. Chargeback Policy

  • We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@thatsmy.ai before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Filing a chargeback without giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue may result in:
    • Termination of your account and all access to the course content.
    • Investigation of the claim, which may prolong the resolution of your issue.
  • Chargeback Consequences: If you initiate a chargeback for any reason, your access to the course content will be immediately revoked, regardless of whether the chargeback is ultimately resolved in your favor. If the chargeback is found to be unjustified, you agree to be responsible for any fees incurred by ThatsMyAI in processing or disputing the chargeback.

b. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute regarding a charge or payment, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter with ThatsMyAI directly by contacting us atsupport@thatsmy.ai. We are committed to resolving legitimate disputes promptly and professionally.

5. Access to Digital Content After Purchase

Upon successful payment, you will be granted immediate access to the digital content, including course materials and resources. By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You waive your right to any refund once access to the digital content is provided.
  • The service provided is a digital product, and upon completion of the transaction, ownership or license rights to the digital product cannot be returned.
  • Acknowledgement of No Refund: During the checkout process, users will be required to acknowledge that by purchasing a course and gaining access to the digital content, they are waiving their right to any refund or cancellation.

6. User Responsibility for Technical Compatibility

a. Technical Compatibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their device, software, and internet connection are compatible with the requirements of the ThatsMyAI platform before purchasing any courses. Incompatibility with your device or internet service provider will not qualify for a refund. Please refer to our technical requirements section on the website or contact us if you are unsure whether your setup is compatible.


7. Limitation of Liability

We do not assume any responsibility for the inability to access the Service or digital content due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Internet service interruptions or slow speeds.
  • Incompatibility with your device or software.
  • Personal circumstances such as travel or health issues that prevent course completion.

ThatsMyAI will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of your inability to access the course or your dissatisfaction with the course content.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

a. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India. Each party will bear its own costs for the arbitration, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
